What is Checkr Forward?

Checkr Forward is the first annual conference bringing together a roster of customers, partners, and industry experts to San Francisco November 4-5. Checkr Forward hosts companies of all sizes to address the challenges of hiring at scale while also delivering a trusted, safe and compliant environment for customers, co-workers and employees.

Who attends Checkr Forward?

Checkr Forward is a forum for professionals in HR, talent, safety and compliance sharing innovative success stories in an effort to help each other improve hiring practices to convert more candidates, build trusted brands and mitigate risk resulting in revenue growth.

Where is Checkr Forward?

Checkr Forward will be held at the iconic SFJAZZ Center at 201 Franklin St, San Francisco, CA 94102 in the vibrant Hayes Valley Neighborhood of San Francisco.
Checkr Forward welcome reception will be held at Checkr’s San Francisco Headquarters at One Montgomery Tower on November 4 and doors to SFJAZZ will open at 7:30am for the main program on November 5.

How do I register?

Complete checkout on the registration page, click here. Early bird pricing will be offered until September 6th. Pre-registration is encouraged to avoid lines and delays. On-site registration will be $699.
Checkr accepts major credit cards for registration including American Express, Visa, or Mastercard.
Checkr Forward is a business conference for adults over the age of 21, and individual registration is for one guest only. If you have questions regarding group registrations, you may contact our Checkr Forward Events Team .
Questions regarding dietary restrictions, ADA requirements or special accommodations may be directed to our Checkr Forward Events Team.

How do I get a receipt and confirmation for registration?

Upon completion of the registration form, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt and confirmation number. You will be able to modify your registration until the week prior to the event.
If you’re unable to find your receipt or confirmation, you may reach out to the Checkr Forward Events Team for additional support.

Will there be options to select a preferred track that makes sense for me?

Yes -- during the registration process you may designate your preferred track: Growth/Talent or Trust/Safety.
Both tracks will be able to attend the plenary sessions including our opening and closing keynotes.

How do I register for the Re-Entry Simulation and Discussion?

Please indicate interest in participating the Walk in Their Shoes re-entry simulation session on your registration form, and a space will be reserved for you.

What if I have special requests or specific needs?

In the registration form, you will find questions pertaining to special needs as well as dietary restrictions. Our team takes great pride and care in addressing any needs.
Checkr HQ, SFJAZZ and the surrounding areas for Checkr Forward are ADA accessible.
Wheelchair accessible seating will be available for all sessions.
The catering team does its best to accommodate all dietary concerns and restrictions. All meals will be labeled with their ingredients. Please indicate your request, or special needs, during the registration process and don’t hesitate to reach out to a team member with any concerns.
